I've spoken with 2 companies so far that are doing "blind" interviews. Meaning, hiring is a 'test work' (think CTF) supplied by the employer.
The recruiter for one of the companies cited a tight job market and the lack of credentials on paper. Speed Test Scrabble Word Finder Solitaire
I'm actually doing a list of companies doing this? Both of these are consultancies who offer remote work with client travel.
